Competition conditions of entry |

1. |
Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions of entry.
Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid. |

2. |
Entry is open to residents of [NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, TAS, SA and NT] over the age of
18 years who complete an entry form available at www.yipmag.com.au. |
|
3. |
Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies
associated with the promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter
the competition. |
|
4. |
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify
any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not
in accordance with these conditions of entry. |
|
5. |
The promotion period commences 30th June at 7am (AEST). Entries close at 5pm (AEST) on Friday 7th August 2009
("the Promotional Period"). |

6. |
Each eligible entrant will automatically be entered only once into the judging after
they have completed the competition form online within the Promotional Period and
answered all online survey questions on www.yipmag.com.au
including in 25 words or less why they like reading Your Investment Property
magazine. |

7. |
There will be three $1000 prize money to be given away as prizes for participating in
Your Investment Property 2009 reader survey. The entries will be judged by a member of
the Promoter at Level 10, 1 Chandos Street, St Leonards, NSW 2065 at 2pm (AEST) on
Monday 17th August 2009. The prizes will be awarded for the best response.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be notified following the judging by telephone. The winner's details
will be published in the October issue of Your Investment Property. |

8. |
The three prize winners will be required to complete an application form to apply for
issue of a Visa Debit card. The Visa Debit Card will be linked to a St.George transaction account.
If no existing account is held with St.George, then the winner must also complete an application
form and open either a St.George Complete Freedom Account, or Express Freedom Account, or Complete
Freedom Student Account or Retirement Access Plus account. The prize money of $1000 will be deposited
into your transaction account. You can then access that $1000 using your Visa Debit Card at St.George,
BankSA and Westpac branded ATM and EFTPOS terminal. |

The total prize pool value is $3,000AUD. |
|
10. |
The Promoter is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the winner relating
to entry into the promotion or collection of the Prize. |

11. |
The three prize winners must claim their prize and have an account open by 5pm AEST on
Friday 18th September 2009. If this prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will
be conducted at the same time and place as the original judging. The winner who is judged
as having the next best response will be notified following the judging by telephone. |

12. |
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) for misadventure,
accident, injury, or loss claimed by any winner as a result of accepting the prize,
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. |

13. |
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned or any reason
beyond the control of the Promoter (including fraud, technical failures, or any
other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration,
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competiotion) the Promoter
is not liable in any way and the Promoter reserves the right in its sole and absolute
discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. |

14. |
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the competition.
If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in
the competition. Promoter will not use personal information for purposes
outside the survey unless otherwise agreed to by the entrant. A request to update
